Started in a garage, still small on purpose<\/h1>\n\n\n

The beginning<\/p>\n\n\n

One roaster, one ridgeline<\/h2>\n\n\n

Ridgeline began in 2018 with a used drum roaster, a spare hundred pounds of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, and more optimism than sense. The first bags went to friends. The second batch went to a farmers' market. By the third summer we'd outgrown the garage and moved into the shop we're in today, tucked against the pines on Bend's east side.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We roast in small batches because we can taste the difference, and so can you.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n
