Roasted in Bend

Coffee with a sense of place

We roast small batches in the high desert of Central Oregon, chasing the flavors that make each origin worth the trip.

Who we are

A roastery at the foot of the Cascades

Ridgeline started with a drum roaster in a garage and a stubborn love for the coffee we couldn't find nearby. Today we still roast in small batches, still cup every lot before it ships, and still believe the best cup of the day is the one you share with someone.

How we roast

Care at every step

A few things we won't compromise on.

01

Small batches

Nothing over twelve kilos at a time, so we can dial in each roast to the bean in front of us.

02

Sourced with intent

We buy from importers and farms we've built real relationships with, and we pay above commodity every time.

03

Roasted to order

Bags ship within days of roasting so what lands on your counter still smells like the roastery.

04

Cupped, always

Every lot is tasted before it goes out. If it doesn't earn its bag, it doesn't get one.

Come by

Pull up a stool

The tasting bar is open most days. Bring a friend, try a flight, and take a bag home fresh from the drum.
