Before you head down
A few practical things.
- ParkingMetered street parking runs along Commercial Street. There’s a public lot one block east on Union Street if the curb is full.
- Dropping off after hoursGive us a call and we can usually arrange a morning drop before we officially open. We don’t have an overnight drop box.
- PaymentCash, all major cards and Apple Pay. We can email a receipt if you need one for insurance or a bike-to-work program.
- Bringing the bike inRide it, drive it, or wheel it — whatever’s easiest. If it isn’t rideable, we can help you get it out of the car at the door.
Walk-ins welcome
Most repairs are done while you wait or by the next morning. Roll up to 18 Commercial St, ring the bell, and we’ll take a look.
